猩紅斯里蘭甘飯店(The Scarlet Srirangam)

We are a married couple from Russia, we travel a lot in India. Chose this hotel based on reviews. When I saw our room, I was delighted to tears… The best hotel in all of India!) The room is very nice and very clean. Bed linen and towels are very white. Cleanliness was everywhere and pleased the soul. It seems that the room is prepared in such a way as to invite God himself to rest in it! We had a very good rest here) The bathroom even had toothbrushes and toothpaste. The most pleasant shower. The toilet was not only clean, but also disinfected! I felt like in paradise, because I love cleanliness very much! But that is not all! The owner of the hotel, Mr. Balajee, and all the rest of the hotel staff show great love and care for their guests… Homemade food was prepared for us and here our dream came true - we had our first taste of homemade vegetarian Indian food. It was very tasty! I even ate sweets, although I don't usually eat sweets... But I wanted to try everything! Very tasty drinks Mr. Balajee prepares himself. In every action, care is felt. And there are wonderful guests here. A space you don't want to leave! Very good price for everything! Is breakfast included… I finally had a delicious idli and chatni. Every dish here is delicious! Food is prepared only for those staying in the hotel. While we lived in this city, we ate only here and nowhere else) I told my friends who make trips to the temples of the five elements - do not pass by this hotel! It was made for God!

We, a couple, stayed 3D2N for temple visits. Good location for visiting temples. Nothing to complain. Clean and comfortable rooms. TV, Intercom and AC, water supply all perfect. ***y south indian restaurants that serve mouth watering veg dishes are close by. No restaurants in Hotel. It is not a Star hotel and don't expect 24/7 coffee shop etc. Evrything is availble nearby within three miniutes walk on highway. It is slightly Off highway and that is a Plus & Minus.

I wish tripadvisor had an option of negative star rating. We had booked 11 rooms for 3 days and 7 rooms for 1 day in the month of August 2023 for a family function. We had to pay upfront the full money before we could check in (close to 1,05,000 RS). The rooms were very very below par in terms of cleanliness. The sheets were stained and not at all washed/ cleaned. The rooms had food odor and cigarette smoke from previous guests which stayed as the rooms were not ventilated properly. To mask the odor, they used cheap room spray to mask the smell and did not open the windows to ventilate before the guests move-in. This cheap room spray caused nausea and irritation in the nose. If you have elderly guests or children, please avoid this place as this may cause some breathing issues. The front desk was very rude and had no sense of customer service. There was a subtle threat of involving police upon questioning the quality of the hotel. The front desk on questioning about the cleanliness of the rooms had the audacity to say that "you have to stay in the room with the level of cleanliness the previous guests left it in". Please stay away from this place!!

We also had bookings in another home stay on Salai road (Round House) which was around half the price, better customer service, very clean rooms and no threat to the customer. Please stay away from this place!!

Neat room,clean washroom,warm hospitality and delicious home style food.We were a family of 3 and opted for deluxe room.We took extra cot and bed for our 12 year old daughter which the staff provided immediately upon request with additional charges.Room is compact for 3 people.They also have options of suite room for bigger family.We stayed for 3 nights and 2 days and our stay was comfortable. The room had A.C.The staff was courteous and helpful. Buffet breakfast is delicious.Dinner is served upon request and is a set menu dinner.The location is about 1.5 kms from Sri Ranganathaswamy temple and autos are available all the time.Jambukeeshwar temple is walkable and 20 minutes away.We would definitely look forward to visiting Scarlet Srirangam again!

The hotel is not worth for the price they quote . Very normal rooms . No fan . Only A/c . No luggage table available. You have to open bags only by keeping on the bed . Outside open parking . I haven’t seen any restaurant inside . Advantage is that it is on the main road .

Over all the facilities are excellent and hospitality is fantastic. They are serving food and is also with good quality. (Non-veg lovers kindly excuse 😉) New infrastructure and all under well-maintained Over all worth for money.
