格蘭德飯店

No hay limpieza ninguna, muebles en mal estado, al día siguiente de estar en el hotel se movió la papelera del baño y apareció un tampón lleno de sangre, mi compañera y yo tenemos 70 años con lo cual eso no puede ser nuestro. Hable con la Guía y subieron a limpiarlo, lo que hicieron fue tirarlo a la papelera del baño y dejarlo allí. Las camas ni se hacen. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN NINGÚN CASO.

All is very bad, i called the reception to ask for iron and iron table to my room, she said they can not bring it to the room ( but they gave iron to the room just in front of my room, and the people who got the iron are my friends), but if i want they will send an housekeeping and she will do it, after 10 minutes an housekeeping came took my black shir and black trousers, after 10 minutes she bring my shirt and trousers, when i check my shirt she did not do any iron it, and my trousers were shining, burned and colour changed, i went to reception for that, the manager (a man with green eye with glasses) came also, i showed the situation of my trousers and shirt, he talked to me that he did not seen before i gave them to the women how he can believe me??? You and your things will never be safe here, if you are supposed to stay here be careful.

Booked in at last minute, room looked a little tired well worn chairs, fridge didn’t work, no shower curtain, no kettle. Asked for a second pillow and was told they didn’t have anymore. No one made the beds ( not that it mattered I’m happy to make my own bed) didn’t replace the dirty mugs or drinking glasses, no toilet paper in the toilet and room service didn’t replace it until I asked for some. Things could be better. Such a shame as it’s well placed for the city centre.

The location was good but the hotel was quite dated and my room was very basic with a very on to a roof covered in cigarette butts and a carpet with a big hole in it. There were mugs and coffee sachets but no kettle. The bathroom was wet room style so the floor got flooded when I had a shower.
