地拉那鄰近Movida.al的飯店

Cet hôtel a absolument tout ! Il est très bien situé, à 15 mn à pied de la place Scanderbeg. Le personnel est charmant, serviable et très efficace : ils nous ont aidé pour trouver une location de voiture, nous ont imprimé les cartes d'embarquement et surtout... nous leur donnions la clé de la voiture et ils nous garaient celle-ci au pied de l'hôtel, ce qui est très appréciable à Tirana ! La chambre et la salle de bains (baignoire) sont très propres, la literie est de qualité. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très varié, copieux avec de très bons produits. Il y a un roof top - qui procure une vue étendue sur la capitale - avec une piscine, un bar et un restaurant. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Que demander de plus ?

I had booked a single room for 2 nights with last minute.com. When I arrived they could not find it. Ok, not the hotel fault if the provider did not send it. But the receptionist was very rude. She kept saying ”you have to pay or you cannot have the room”. I tried to explain that I had already paid and we should try to solve the issue but she only seem interested in getting rid of me. Luckily I was able to get quickly in touch with last minute, they contacted their provider that re-sent the reservation with the payment. I went back to the front desk and told them that they should receive shortly my reservation but once again she kept telling me ”you have no reservation”. I calmly explained that it would probably take a couple of minutes. I sat down and 2' later the other girl at the reception (definitely more accomodating but she clearly was not the one in charge...). brought me the room key and apologized. The rudness was unacceptable as it wasn't either mine or their fault but being a host they should know how to treat customers who keep their business running. The hotel itself is ok, old but well kept and in a convenient location. The room was clean, vert big shower, comfy beds. No complaints there.

Struttura ottima, sita in zona molto strategica e smart. Si dorme molto bene, forse le stanze potrebbero avere un mobiletto o un tavolino in piu, ma la scelta soft non è male. Bagno molto tecnologico e bello, molto ben apprezzata anche la larga doccia, finalmente un posto dove puoi regolare l'aria condizionata per davvero e in maniera ergonomica ed efficace. Personale molto disponibile, forse solo la colazione potrebbe essere migliorata: si tiene sul tetto e a livello scenografico è accattivante, peccato non sia ricca e quel caffè ad un euro di sovrapprezzo stona parecchio Ottimo il parcheggio sotto l'hotel, considerando che ci sono multe continue all'esterno

The room was much better than i expected. Walkable distance to the airport and they even offer a free shuttle. The hotel is very comfortable and clen. They have breakfat at 3 am. This is the only place i stay when i am in Tirana. I recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff was sooooo friendly. They kindly did some laundry for me (5 euro surcharge ) The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. I recommend letting the front desk know if you want breakfast, I didn't realize I had to do this, but they still accommodated me last minute which I appreciated so much. Breakfast is not included in price. Cute cafe on the lower level and great location! I hope I can visit again someday.
