Hotel in posizione perfetta per visitare la città a piedi. La camere sono piccole ma abbastanza curate. La colazione è piuttosto scarsa con il solito caffè da pagare extra. Lo staff è gentile e collaborativo.. Nel complesso, rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono

Hotel davvero carino con arredamento moderno. La struttura si presenta accogliente e le camere vengono sanificate e pulite quotidianamente. Lo staff parla un discreto italiano e serve una ricca colazione intercontinentale. Degna di nota anche la posizione dell’albergo che si trova al centro della capitale albanese,quindi vicinissimo a tutti i maggiori punti d’interesse.

Hotel pulito e accogliente. Il personale è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Non c'è molta scelta per la colazione, ma è tutto buonissimo! Soprattutto il dolce all'arancia. A due minuti a piedi dal centro e vicino ai principali servizi della città.

L' hotel si trova in una posizione ottima, tutto il centro è raggiungibile a piedi con una breve passeggiata, così come l' autobus che porta all' aeroporto. La camera è negli standard di quelle delle grandi città, bagno spazioso ,aria condizionata, frigobar. Un po' trascurato però,nella nostra camera c era una presa della corrente rotta , la luce del bagno non si spegneva e purtroppo la biancheria da letto usurata con il lenzuolo strappato. Colazione discreta sia dolce che salata.Il personale parla italiano.Nel complesso buon rapporto qualità - prezzo.

Hotel in centro ma non troppo, in zona silenziosa. Camere giuste con accessori corretti. Bagno spazioso con doccia e bidet molto pulito. Colazione ottima anche se fanno pagare a parte il cappuccino. Personale parla diverse lingue incluso l'italiano.

We were greeted with a smile and hospitality of the reception staff. Receptionists even arranged us a taxi to get to the airport for an early flight. The ladies at the breakfast bar did an amazing job feeding us with fresh vegetables, delicious omelets and freshly brewed coffee. Our room was spacious and comfortable. A good idea to bring slippers with you cause the concrete floor is quite cold :) The only minor thing is that the AC was a little to loud at times.

We stayed in this hotel when based in Tirana, and it stood out as one of the nicest city based hotels I've stayed in. Our stay in this hotel was complicated as we had multiple bookings and different dates due to us heading north of Albanian and other regions before heading south, and then back again before our departure. From the start, the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. From early check-in, they ensured that all our bookings were correct and synchronised, also allowing us to make some modifications without any extra charge. They even allowed us to leave our large luggage behind whilst we trekked in north Albania. The location of this hotel was great, as it was offset from the main shopping road in the centre. You're never far from really cool cafes to breakfast spots. The breakfast at the hotel is on the ground floor in a small cosy space offering a selection of options for you to pick from, including omelettes made to order. The range wasn't amazing but it was adequate. Our rooms were spotlessly clean, nicely designed and quiet. They all came with fantastic walk-in showers. What made this hotel great for me was the staff. They made our complex schedule stress-free. It made a big difference and this is why it was one of the most enjoyable stays I had during my holiday. A lot of hotels can learn from this hotel and Albanian hospitality.

Recently renovated, this is a crispy clean, modern looking and new hotel in the heart of Tirana. The city centre, Museum of Communism, the Pyramid and the Block are accesible on foot in a matter of minutes. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. The breakfast is abundant and their coffee is supreme.
