芝加哥廷萊公園希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Chicago/Tinley Park)

This is a very nice, perfectly located hotel. It’s not a LUXURIOUS hotel. The Guest service folks were all very helpful and super friendly. My only two grievances are that the hot tub wasn’t operational, not really that big of a deal, and that the in hotel bar was not open. Ever. We were visiting family that stayed in the same hotel and that is part of the reason for staying there. We thought it would be nice to not have to venture out after the end of the day, and have a couple drinks. This wasn’t a huge deal either, except I think it should be noted somewhere under the amenities that the in-house bar is closed at this time. The breakfast services was wonderful. The food and service! It’s our 2nd stay with this particular Hilton Garden Inn.

This property is very clean and has a Texas roadhouse across the parking lot. Rooms are reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast extra.

Booked 5 rooms for two nights, for myself and co-workers. Everyone seemed satisfied with the rooms, with the exception of mine. As you can see from the picture, around the AC unit was very dirty and the paint was peeling. The first bed appeared to have been slept from the condition of the sheets. Moved to the second one, was fine and comfortable. Best thing going for this property is the staff, all were great.

The staff was great, clean, lots of amenities. At check in, it was shift change and my wife and I were waiting for a room. We were waiting for about 30 minutes after we checked in to get into a room. We also had to remind them that we were waiting. The staff did get us in a room quickly.

The staff was amazingly helpful when my ******* reservation wasn’t in their system because ******* wasn’t very helpful. Even though it was their fault I will booking directly with the hotel from now on and no longer using *******

Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Disappointed the hot tub was not in service but was told up front.

Bathroom was not clean! Tub had not been cleaned! Toilet was not clean

Gym was outfitted well but pool area had wet towels every where and seemed unmanned.

Stayed there many times. Clean comfortable hotel. Only 4 stars due to the sauna being out of commission which I was looking forward to.
