For shared use: natural state property 400 m2, garden (not fenced). Patio, garden furniture, fireplace, bathing jetty. Private: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Available: boat (extra). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop 2.1 km, railway station "Växjö" 45 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 185 km, sandy beach 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, lake Ygden. Fishing possibilities 2 m. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. "Tingsmåla", 1-room house 30 m2. Practical and wooden furniture furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 beds, 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the veranda. Absolute Ruhe und sehr nette Vermieter. Alles vorhanden,sogar deutsches Fernsehen. See in unmittelbarer Nähe gut für Angler. Boot auch vorhanden
