Я вообще не жил в гостинице ! Позвонил за ранее чтобы отменили и они этого не сделали

Slechte dienstverlening. Drie dagen moeten zeuren voordat ik koffiemelk op mijn kamer kreeg. Mijn kamer werd niet schoongemaakt (terwijl voordat ik smorgens wegging tegen de schoonmaakster zei dat ik wegging zodat ze de kamer kon schoonmaken). Ik kwam om 16 uur terug en verzocht de receptie de kamer alsnog schoon te maken. Ze deden niets. Om 17u45 nogmaals verzocht..Om 20u00 terug, nog niks gedaan. Ze bedreigende me wel dat ik het geld voor de laatste dagen terug kon krijgen en een ander hotel kon zoeken. Ik heb daarop een klacht neergelegd bij ***********. als antwoord loog het hotel dat ik een bordje "niet storen" op de deur zou hebben gedaan. Dit terwijl ik juist tegen de schoonmaakster 's morgens zei dat ik wegging. Daarnaast zou mijn vertraagde koffer op de 2e dag bij de receptie bezorgd worden. Omdat ik in de stad was, vroeg ik met klem om me te bellen als de koffer er zou zijn, omdat ik het in de gaten wilde houden. Dit hebben ze niet gedaan. De receptioniste zei dat ze het was vergeten. Dit terwijl ze zelf nog naar een briefje moest zoeken en ik mijn nummer moest schrijven. Bovendien stond de grote koffer in de receptie. Verder was het matras niet goed (zakt door) en de kamer steeds te warm. De temperatuurmeter stond op 25 graden en ik moest de receptie steeds vragen om de verwarming uit te zetten.

What I thought was a nice experience at Savoy Hotel turned out to be unnecessary stress and an awful experience. Everthing went well until we left and we received a very passive aggressive message written in a very unprofessional tone. We only stayed for one night, we discovered we had a small balcony so my mom went out for a smoke (outside in plain air with the curtains shut and the balcony door closed so that smoke won't get in). In the message we received we were accused of smoking INSIDE the room, which couldn't be more far from the truth. We were forced to pay a fine, because someone SAW my mom smoking, NOT because the room smelled badly or because it was dirty. They said they will have to relocate the next guests to another room which obviously is not necessary since the room doesn't smell badly, because I repeat the smoke didn't get into the room. We agreed to pay the fine just to get it over with, however the passive aggressiveness continued with them telling us that they will make an exception and they won't put us on a "black list". We have traveled for over 20 years all over this world and never were we accused of smoking inside the room, since it was always done om the balcony, if one was available. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and the tone as they could have just mentioned the fine. however, they wrote a whole paragraph saying that if we don't pay the fine they would have to call the police and sue us. They have also explained that it wasn't in fact a balcony and that their rooms with balconies have furniture in them. Aparently furniture is what makes a balcony worth of the name "balcony". I now realise that probably they were upset that we didn't book a room with what they call a balcony that was obviously was more expensive and the fine became the money difference. :) I would like to mention for clarity that it was a clear space outside the room with an actual door, and it could easily fit two people. I regret not having taken any pictures to show you. Not to mention, we booked a triple room and there were only two sets of towels and toiletries and we were 3 people, so their service was far from perfect... Ironically, I have worked in the services industry for a while now and I have never encountered such agressiveness from the management team. If I ever were to talk like that to a client, I would lose my job. They will probably leave a very passive aggressive comment reply to this as well, so just be aware of that in case there are useless new accusations.

A misunderstanding occurred. Instead of contacting me, he contacted the company I work for for a simple reason. I found some drinks in my room and I drunk them I thought a like other hotels including in reservation and anyone in the reception told me you need to pay. When I arrived to my country my company called me about it. All the story about 171 Lei 😂😂😂😂

I wanted to leave them a 5 star review, but the moment I finished breakfast, I said thank you to the waiter and he didn't even bother to answer me. Instead he turned his head away, disgusted and making me wonder if I smelled or had food in my mouth. Whatever... but because of someone like him, the hotel has to loose. Or maybe because I didn't tip him? Finally. Excellent hotel, large, spacious room, check-in was very fast - we were very tired. Restful sleep, just what I needed. Quiet and peace. Quite varied breakfast, buffet style, I recommend the eggplant salad and tomatoes/cheese salad. The coffee machine that makes your coffee on the spot complimented the food. A very nice experience, pity the waiter who wanted to ruin my day. And he didn't succeed...

Comfy rooms but no air conditioning so can get very warm The rooms and public areas are very clean Good sized bar area with comfy furniture Reception staff very polite and professional. Bar and waiting staff could use some more customer service trainjng
