This is a place where the words "hospitality" and "friendliness" are unknown for the personnel. When expressing the fact that there is no hot water in the shower, the reply from the staff was "I know! What could I do?". Although our visit was a Business stay, so our breakfast must have been reserved by our client (and it was! - as seen in the exchange of emails with this hotel!), the staff announced us with the same impertinent tone that there is nothing to be done, we can not take the breakfast because the personnel has registered us in the system without breakfast. No interest in the client's needs, lack of kindness when it comes to any problems occured during our stay! And it also seems an overpriced place to stay!
