There are many positives about the hotel. Sympathetic architecture for the national park with small clumps of modern stone buildings. Lovely view up the valley road. Acceptable food from the in-house restaurant and a jolly good b+b breakfast. Large enough bedroom with comfy bed. Hospitable staff with plenty of smiles. The major downside for me was the outdoor layout. With no mechanical aids, all movement away from the car is on Shank's pony. There are steepish ramps and lots of stairs but no lifts, escalators or assistance, not even a baggage cart. It was annoying to have to leave the suitcases in the car. None of this would have been an issue if the publicity blurb had warned of it: we would simply have gone somewhere else. But to be hit with the surprise on arrival was more than a little dispiriting.

Strange place. New hotel. Obviously a lot of money was spent to build it as it is lovely. However lots of problems. Surprisingly poor hospitality, particularly for Greece. The response to suggestions was "whatever" and to requests was "no, can't do that". Supposedly a four-star hotel but no water in the room. Hard mattress, lumpy pillows. Restaurant was just bare tables, no table cloth or even paper. Service was practically non-existent. Food poor yet expensive. Would not recommend unless they get managers that care about their guests.
