舒適飯店(Comfort Inn Dartmouth)

the staff was friendly, but not knowable in the area, so we were on our own for directions, etc. No one mentioned, nor was there any sign stating they would be sealing the parking lot, so parking was VERY limited, and once you parked, you didn't want to leave for fear of not finding another spot. The beds had small square pillows, not fluffy, so took at least four to make it somewhat comfortable. The molding on the ceilings were just pieced together, and looked like they had taken white out to cover up the bathtub flaws. It will be our last stay at this hotel, and will not recommend to anyone.

Our room was not cleaned well. Walked in to big chunks of dirt on the floor, bathroom smelled bad and had mold and rust stains everywhere.. would never shower here! Breakfast also was not good. For the amount we paid for this room expected much better!

Found live bedbug in the morning in the bed. Took photo and dead body to manager and she did a refund for the room. Now worried that I am carrying them around in my suitcase.. Uggg!

We were not impressed with the uncomfortably bed and pillows. Two terrible nights sleep. The front desk staff looked after our TV issue promptly, breakfast was hot and ready when we arrived. Overall a 6 out of 10 based on the comfort level. Not sure if they were renevoating, but they left the cleaning carts out in the hallway all the time we were there.

Was in a rough neighborhood. some 'repairs' made in the room were slapped together. Stains on the curtains and carpet...Will not stay here again.

In todays world there is no need for a heater to sound like a macc truck. Did not sleep good because of this. Will not stay in this one again

Super rude and unprofessional staff . Must be under new management as I’ve stayed here several times as I own a medical clinic for veterans down the road. And have never been treated with such unprofessionally till this trip.
