Last minute idea to get a night away and happy that this was hotel we picked.Not one complaint! Very pleased from the front desk,the room to the cleanliness of pool and breakfast

This is the perfect hotel to stay at if you are visiting Kutztown University. It’s very close to campus but very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was great and check in/check out was easy and quick.

Very friendly staff! Our room was super clean with all the amenities needed! Hot breakfast was great!

Check-in was amazing. However, the room, #309 was terrible, There was a very distinct "urine" smell that necessitated us acquiring a different room. The problem was immediately and professionally handled and our second room, #320 was perfect. We went down for a coffee and a tea around 04:00 in the morning and, to our surprise, no hot coffee and no hot water. Someone was sleeping on a couch in the sitting area at the time. We didn't have any idea who he was, but he eventually woke up, apologized, and advised us he would get us some hot coffee and hot water for tea. Shortly he came back and said the heater was broken and the manager would have to fix them later, but there was hot coffee and water in the meeting room. There was hot coffee but no hot water. In addition there was no regular tea bags, just Earl Gray and Green Tea. Breakfast was okay, but all the hot food was disappointing. Oatmeal was not hot, just warm. Eggs and sausage were cold. Still no hot coffee or hot water. Wanted to talk with someone about my stay at check-out but no one was around, Very disappointing for a Hilton property.

The property was clean & updated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good and the food was fresh. Great value for the price !

It’s a very nice hotel in the middle of nowhere! The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We stayed there for one night.

Beautiful "newish" hotel, super clean, modern vibe, just a mile up the road from Kutztown University

The room was a nice size. The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft for my taste. The couch was uncomfortable and noisy. The free breakfast was stocked with good offerings. The hotel has ample parking and is convenient to the town's main road.

Staffs are very nice and helpful. I got a flat tire, the from desk staffs helped me to search for a local tire shop. Room is very clean and new. Excellent experience with Hampton Inn.
