A special mention must be made of the restaurant manager, Neelima. Her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring a wonderful dining experience was truly commendable. All the check in/out process was smooth. The stay was comfortable. Food was awesome as guided by Ms. Nilima who took personal interest in dinner menu. All in all nice experience. Breakfast was also well taken care by her.Thanks for making it joyful !

The hotel staff is very supportive especially restaurant staff .Manager is very cooperative. Everything we needed was available there . Hotel room was very good with all basic requirements We did not face any kind of problem there. We had wonderful experience there.

Nice ambiance with all modern amenities. Rooms are neat clean and hygiene. Great hospitality by Nilima in morning breakfast and lunch time good care. We are enjoying the food.We liked the overall service here.It is really very nice and excellent stay.

The entrance of Ginger Hotel is very nice and the restaurant staff is very nice. The behavior of Umesh and Tilak working there is very good. In many hotels the management is not that understanding but the staff here are better than those who understand everything about the customer.
