凱撒飯店(Hotel Caesars)

Right in heart of downtown, all bars & shops are tourist friendly along with prices. Few blocks from Zona Norte, if you like being in middle of action than Ceasers is your place. Family friendly, limited services outside of room cleaning but does have ample towels & toiletry with coffee/tea in morning. Guest friendly as well. Staff speak English but not having fitness center leaves it uncomplete. Pricey for limited options & standard room are tiny. Gets noisey if room facing revolutiones but ear plugs help. Ok for the money.

They have a known scam that if you do not check in before 5pm, they say your room was sold so you need to pay more for an upgrade. Be sure to request to pay in pesos, because they try to force you to pay in dollars at a horrible conversion if you do not oay attention. $10 for late check out until 1pm. Then when you go to pay they will tell you that it is 12:40, not 1pm.

Great hotel, I will suggest they review/change the check out time. (Curtent check out is 11am). We go to a hotel to relax, 11am is not giving us time to do nothing in rhe morning... Is actually stressful. Most hotels check out is 1pm, some are very flexible.

The property did not honor my reservation. I arrived at 9 PM and they told me that they had given my room to another customer. I was not given information about the action they had taken. They then told me that i could go to one of their other hotels, which are lower quality and smaller. I ended up having to find another hotel as a walk in.

Staff was great and friendly. The parking is so hard to find. There’s a valet option that I didn’t know about. Didn’t take my car because the site does not specify where to park once you get there. Also rooms were very small but for the price it was very good. I would repeat now that I know about the place and it’s surroundings it is located right in the center which was good. Great places to eat. There is also not breakfast option here

Bien ubicado en la zona central con muchas opciones de restaurantes alrededor, es fácil moverse de ahí a otras zonas. Al momento de hacer el checkin es algo tardado ya que se les dificulta encontrar las reservas, en nuestro caso fueron 4 y les costó algo de tiempo. El agua de la regadera es difícil calibrarla ya que sale o muy caliente o muy fría.

When they built this hotel, the walls are not insulated and they are paper thin. I was listening to my neighbor fumble with things in his drawer for 30 minutes, keeping me awake amplified by the lack of insulation when I asked the night clerk to switch my room, he said he didn’t have the ability or knowledge how to do that.
