La atención de recepción mala. Teníamos incluido en la reservación 2 bebidas gratuitas y la chica dijo que no, que eso ya no se manejaba. No tuvimos agua caliente. El servicio deficiente para ser un versión de Lucerna de lujo y exclusividad. Mil veces mejor el piso SELECT. La comida del restaurante de sushi en la terraza un 6/10.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I’ve stayed next door at Lucerna and hands down K Tower was worth the upgrade. This was close to my surgeons office which made convenient. This was my first time traveling alone and I felt safe. No issues except the glass door was not locking and I called the front desk and they had someone fixing it within 30 minutes. I look forward to staying here for my next visit to TJ.

This was an amazing stay. Room was luxurious but more importantly so comfortable with every amenity you could want. Champagne and tarts are check in and every employee welcoming and kind.

Está bien, solo que al salir no me pudieron ni cerrar mi cuenta, ni expedir factura. Me dijeron que hasta el día siguiente por la mañana lo harían. Nunca me había pasado que no me pudieran cerrar la cuenta en el momento que hago check out.

BAD HOTEL IN TIJUANA!!!!! The hotel looks great, the bathroom is in a catastrophic state, there is no normal flow, there is little water, and after my complaints back and forth late at night, they replaced the shower head, which improved the comfort a little, then there was a water leak from the air conditioning unit later and I couldn't use the shower because everything was flooded with water, there was no possibility of changing rooms because there was no alternative room... and I had to go down to the lobby at night and in the morning to use the bathroom, this is a bad hotel, and then in the morning a hotel representative came and apologized and offered a 20% discount. Simply disgraceful.

muy mala experiencia, el día de check out en la mañana no hubo agua, la respuesta del personal fue solamente limitarse a decir que se quedaron sin agua, fue incómodo muy mala experiencia

Breakfast is really bad vrs what you pay for the hotel, rooms are great, but breakfast doesn’t make sense
