Had an amazing stay at this hotel during a Music Festival. Definitely enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet and which was staffed by amazing and friendly people who went above and beyond to make our stay great. Celia did an amazing job serving our table and being highly attentive to our groups needs. Will definitely recommend this place in the future.

Great time , very clean as usual

Habitaciones piso 1 sumamente encerradas, sin privacidad y acceso a la luz. Terrible que por políticas del hotel la TV no se le pueda bajar el volumen de 12. En restaurante, pedí el bufet y solicité una manzana a lo que el encargado me dijo que se me cobraría por separado, inaceptable. Doña Mary la que cocina en bufet felicitaciones por su amabilidad y actitud !!

Service was great by personnel, my room was bit uncomfortable as the room and hallways are constructed of laminated flooring making them very noisy to the point of waking someone up when a person walks through the hall ways. Also my sheets had couple red stains, there was a grass hopper in my room and the pillows did not smell fresh and clean. Also all the pillows were very thick and firm making it bit uncomfortable to rest my head. No fridge in my room as well.

We could hear noise from people walking down though the corridor or rooms next to ours. Order a cake from the restaurant as a Take out and notice it was a spoiled one. It has fungus at the sides of the cake. It was too late by the time we saw it and the restaurant was closed. Proper communication not in place. Reception desk crew was very rude

Servicio nefasto, llevo semanas pidiendo mi factura electrónica y simplemente no pueden resolver nada, estoy en el cierre y no puedo encontrar a nadie que me resuelva porque la gerencia esta en junta, no les interesa resolver un problema que ellos generaron.

Although the area was safe and the room was very clean.There was construction going on every morning from 6am-7pm. I had asked for a different room that had a refrigerator for my medication but the front desk said I would be charged and upgrade fee of 30 usd a day (even though the hotel wasn’t full and I checked out before the weekend ) to be staying in a room with a refrigerator.

Me quede una noche y volveré ir! Nos encantó!! La cama y almohadas 10plus! Wow!!! Recién renovados …muchas gracias por la amabilidad que mostraron todos.

Aunque están remodelando el hotel y algunas áreas todavía están cerradas en general muy bien, muy amables y cualquier detalle lo resolvían rápidamente. La ubicación también excelente. Con gusto regresaría a este hotel.

Excelente hotel, súper limpio, área tranquila, y el cuarto un 10 👌 hasta ahorita el mejor hotel en el que eh hospedado cuando visito Tijuana.
