The living room has a solid oak floor & corner sofa which incorporates a king size folding bed & dining table to seat six people. Double doors from the living room lead out on to the balcony with stunning views across the lake. We have free wi-fi, a 43” Smart TV which can be connected to your streaming services. The bedroom has chunky pine furniture and an oak floor give it a warm cosy feel. The bedroom sleeps four people, there is a king size bed, bunk beds, drawers and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a new white suite with bath and shower. The kitchen has all the usual equipment including kettle, dishwasher oven, induction hob, & fridge along with plenty of pots, pans and utensils.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Excellent Second Stay This was our second time staying in this apartment and it was just as great as last time. Very clean, great location and helpful host.

Apartment was a great size for a ski apartment and was perfect for a family of 4 ( 2 teenagers ). The sofa bed was very comfy. Great views from the living room. Plenty of hot water. Nice and quiet. V close to the ski run. Great selection of high quality pots and pans, knives etc which also makes a nice change. Overall, we had a great week in this apartment, would highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Excellent apartment right next to the slopes! Thank you so much Matt! The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities. It was a great location and the skiing was fantastic. We would definitely book again 🎿☀️

Tignes Apartment A lovely apartment in a great location, close to the ski lifts, bars and restaurants. Really clean and comfortable with amazing views of the mountains. Straightforward booking, check in and great communication from Matt. Highly recommended!

Great location very comfortable Tignes Le Lac Situated at a very convenient location The property manager was super responsive, helpful with information and helping with settling in the village, very forthcoming with information and made a different to our stay and visit. Apartment was very spacious, Kitchen was tight with standing room for one only but very functional .. no microwave and no washing machine. We needed hairdryer and that was organised very soon as requested. We stayed for one month and was very at home Would rent again next year.
