Séjour dans le cadre d’un séjour surf et forme UCPA. Très bon accueil, personnel très aimable, Georgia, Andrea et Hemerson, elles parle le français et l’espagnol parfaitement, possibilité d’organiser des sessions de Yoga, Kite surf, surf, Samba, pirogue, etc. Je me suis régalé avec leur cuisine. Les bungalow sont très accueillants.

Die Lage der pousada ist super - zentral und doch von der Straße her ruhig. Ich hatte zuerst ein Chalet. Das war schon in die Jahre gekommen und weit unten zu gehen. Da ich aber schon bei der Reservierung ein Upgrade auf „Suite 1 Schlafzimmer“ gemacht hatte, bin ich nach Entdecken des Fehlers umgezogen. Diese Suite war an sich sehr schön und gepflegt. Leider hat der Nachbarhund um 04:30 zu bellen begonnen - Schlaf vorbei. Da die Fenster keinen Schallschutz bieten, war das wirklich lästig. Am zweiten Abend war dann ein Fest in der Nähe - auch nicht leise. Fairerweise muß man aber sagen, daß das vielleicht ja nicht immer ist. Positiv ist das ausgezeichnete Frühstück zu erwähnen.

Overal "has been". Our room had a broken tile, repaired with A4 paper, sewage smells, dangerous electrical outlets and a small leak (water dropping) from the ceiling when raining. The team had not taken into account our request for twin beds, made in writing 2 months before when booking. On site they offered us to choose between two other rooms, with twin beds, one had the AC motor from the next door room on our terrace (constant noise!) and the other one the smell of sewage... Both had no mosquito nets, only on the third night (and many mosquito bites) these nets were added. At night there is no water in the rooms and this can last until 7:30 am. I had to shower outside using the pool shower, the day we left. We reported all this and demanded compensation. They asked us for our understanding, saying that it was not easy for them and they granted us a courtesy of 50R$ (..) An explanation of all this can be the change of owners. The best ratings that the Pousada obtained date from before this change. It's a shame, the site is very beautiful, the garden is well maintained, people in the kitchen & the cleaning team, work hard.
