湖農場飯店(La Ferme du Lac)

作為銷售會議的一部分，我們有機會多次入住 La Ferme du Lac 酒店並在酒店餐廳 Au Vieux Chalet 用餐。無論是熱情的歡迎（工作人員非常友好且高效）、餐廳提供的菜餚品質（午餐和晚餐）、房間的魅力和裝飾，我們都強烈推薦這家酒店。

Ambiance chaleureuse, menu du jour recherché et raffiné, excellent rapport qualité/prix. Cuisine riche de saveurs , les plats sont joliment présentés et la carte est variée. De l espace entre les tables qui permet de préserver l intimité. A recommander !

我強烈建議不要這麼做！不友善的歡迎，我們在下午 1:30 到達，通常酒店在下午 2 點或 4 點入住！我們不建議我們到達時預訂餐廳，因此帶著孩子，我們不得不四處尋找其他餐廳！早餐，我們上午9點30分到達，僅此而已！自助餐甚至沒有放了兩天的水果沙拉！今年的笑話是，我們在上午 11:30 接到電話，說我們必須在上午 10:30 之前騰出房間！！！！！！！另外，總共是四星級飯店，一晚花了我們200歐元。請注意，索曼德賽道距離酒店 9 公里，但實際距離為 27 公里，車程 40 分鐘。

如果您經過或享受休閒，這裡確實是一個理想的去處。這個地方溫暖而繭居。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。當我在該地區時，它成為我的中途停留酒店。周圍散步很不錯，可以讓你頭腦清醒。

性價比很高，地點好，安靜，乾淨。豐盛多樣的早餐。充電站 10 歐元 週六晚上接待處非常技術性而且不太熱情...我們沒能去餐廳，那裡已經滿了：你顯然必須提前預訂。

This place combines the best of Chalet for nice family weekend or mini-trip as well as business trips. Very flexible and client-focused. There is mini sport room with a sauna and hammam - very conviennent. Rooms combine the charm of local style: wood, mountain deco and the modern elements that any business travellers require: TV with international channels, comfortable shower and bath. The place is quiet and personnel is very flexible for late and early departure. Restaurant is a must test in the region.

We stopped here en route from Italy to the UK, we normally stop in Courmayeur but as it was completely out of season the majority of the hotels were closed, so we drove on for another hour and found this hotel. We had a room that was small (and very clean) with a bath and shower screen but the shower head was not fixed to the wall, so you have to wash one handed as you hold the shower in the other hand! The rooms are not sound proofed and you can hear lots of movement around the hotel. We were not keen on the faux fur throws and scatter cushions on the beds at this time in the middle of the pandemic, so we removed them as we got into the room. The meal was good as was the wine list and a nice self service, continental breakfast. If we found ourselves in a similar situation again with no where else to stay we would consider going back. We travel extensively on this route, staying in four and five star hotels. We consider this to be a reasonable 3 star, not a 4 star hotel (maybe next time with a little less eyebrow raising from the receptionist when we ask for help with our luggage).

Après un accueil excellent vendredi soir à notre arrivée, nous avons été très nettement moins bien accueilli ce matin au moment de régler la note. Je voulais une facture séparée pour les boissons de notre repas d'hier soir (j'ai amené 4 couples à loger 1 nuit, et 8 personnes pour le diner). En conclusion, l'association que je représente voulait offrir les boisons au groupe et de ce fait, je vais être obligée de payer personnellement. Hier soir, au service restaurant, j'avais bien demandé de séparer nos 2 repas et avoir une facture à part pour les boissons de la table. Dommage pour ce matin.

Chambre propre mais petite sans un vrai lit 2 places. Vue sur le toit avec bruit de la hôte du restaurant. Signalement de certains petits problèmes tels que lampe de chevet et radio HS non résolus en 5 jours ! Restaurant trop cher qualité /prix. Le personnel est gentil mais inexistant… pas de bonjour ni au revoir spontané (même le jour du départ). Globalement très déçu par rapport à l’annonce ! Hôtel recommandé pour une nuit ou deux tout au plus.
