We had a family vacations with 3 yo son. Place is really good - room is not old. Everything works properly. The host is outstanding Martina. Her care and assistance is much more stronger than just very good. She became like a relative for us! This place is the best choice if you looking just a good guesthouse with honest price!

Un hôtel calme et reposant, tout comme l'île de Thulusdhoo. Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances. Merci à la fabuleuse Martina qui s'occupe admirablement bien de ses hôtes ! Des chambres spacieuses et confortables, une nourriture très bonne, un emplacement central, et une gérante extraordinaire de dynamisme !

I’ve stayed at the Sands Exotic Hotel guest house only for one night as the place I was staying ended up being overbooked. Although I wished I knew about it longer before my arrival in the Maldives as the place is one of the best guest house I’ve been. The room was really cozy with a very pretty set up of furniture and style, included a very clean and tidy bathroom. Big wardrobe, comfy bed, Netflix and great wifi connection. All of these completed with the most beautiful person as host, Martina herself managed to prepare a really early morning and delicious breakfast even considering it was two hours before the normal breaky time. Really helpful with anything I needed including the transport to the harbour. One minute walk to the beach, bicycle service, tours and the art class must’ve been so cool, all you needed for your stay in the island. If only I could’ve been able to postpone my return flight I definitely would’ve stayed longer at this place! Highly recommended! Sebastian

The hotel is very nice, we were there from 17 till 24 of February. About the island: The island is quite big. Local people are very friendly, it was easy to get any kind of interesting information and just talk to them. Also, there is a Coca-Cola factory on the island. Bikini beach was cleaned every morning but sometimes there are still fallen leafs on the surface. By the way, the island is green, there are a lot of trees, palmas and flowers. There is a long jetty on the island, where everyday at 16:30-17:30 they bring leftovers of food to feed fishes, at that time you may see a lot of fishes, stingray and even turtles. There are a lot of lemon sharks, who appears after the moon rice. For our surprise there are lots of cats. The VERY SAD PART is about excursions. We planned the excursions for 3 times with different people, but at the arranged time these gudes simply didn't come without any explanations. And that's why we arranged only 1 excursion during our stay.. About the accomodation: They clean rooms everyday, the personal is very friendly and kind. We would like to highlight Saud for his help, he showed us the island, told where we may eat, described the kind of dishes in menu and was helping us everyday. During our stay here, there was a Mother Language day, he organized the exchange of our cultures and languages. Thank you very much! There is a nice terrace outside, refrigerator, teapot and dishes that you may use throughout the day. The breakfast was included, everyday it was offered fruits and european (egg, sausage and toast/bread with jam and butter) or continental (Roshi with pasta from beans, tuna, and different vegetables with chili) everyday the administrator Saud came and discribed us the continental dishes.
