諾威治東普瑞米爾飯店-布羅德蘭A47(Premier Inn Norwich East (Broadlands/A47))

We love to stay in Premier Inn's and this is our favourite. The location is perfect for visiting many attractions and one can catch a bus from outside the Inn to go into the city of Norwich where there are so many things to do . We just stayed for a few days this visit but the staff are always helpful especially Sherrie who is very friendly, professional and will book us into our preferred room if it is available. Nothing is too much trouble for Sherrie. We like to pay the extra money and get into our room early if we can - again Sherrie helps with this where possible. Sherrie always remembers that I like to have an iron and ironing board in our room and also a heater ( unless we are having a heatwave ) - I feel the cold more than most !! The room was as always spotless with the choice of extra pillows - thank you to Niki and the Housekeeping team who really are exceptional and always so friendly and helpful if one meets them in the corridors. Niki is an excellent housekeeper. It really is the little things that make our stays here so pleasurable and why we keep coming back. We find it very useful to have the Brewers Fayre next door to the Premier Inn - with a walkway directly into the restaurant so that there is no need to go outside if you don't want / need to. A great stay with fantastic staff.

The staff were really helpful and understanding, such as allowing us to easily change a booking without charge, letting us to sit in a quiet area at breakfast time away from the specified area as our son has autism and doesn't like crowded areas. Special mention to Sherrie on reception who printed a document we needed for us, she was very friendly and helpful.

Great stay as usual, but over Christmas this time. Clean and quiet rooms and the hotel is in a great location for us. Many thanks to Sherrie, Niki and the team for all their help and for being on hand whenever needed, especially at this time of year. We'll be back!

My daughter and I stayed here over Christmas. Both our rooms were warm and beautifully clean. Reception was very welcoming - Jacob or Azad (both names were on the Tripadvisor card. He helped me with my bags as I am disabled and brought an extra chair for my room. Breakfasts were plentiful and well-cooked. The only minor blot was the parking of a Highway Maintenance vehicle in the disabled parking. This is my fourth stay at Premier Inn Broadlands and they don’t seem to be able to solve the problem of selfish able-bodied drivers parking in the disabled bays, despite their best efforts. Perhaps a sign by the bays asking drivers to respect PI intention to reserve disabled spaces for disabled drivers? As I say this was very minor in an otherwise excellent stay. Thanks all staff, especially reception.

We have been going to this premier inn for years and every time without fail we are treated so well, nothing is too much trouble and we are always looking forward to our holiday. The staff are fabulous, never ever have we been let down, so we go a few times a year

Very spacious hotel with good facilities . Nice restaurant and play area for kids attached, play area is closed on Mondays for cleaning.

Room condition poor, room facilities not working, distance to room too far, lift not working, food not available from the menu, breakfast and evening meals served cold, coffee machine not working and the parking was difficult.

All that you hope for in a Premier Inn. Friendly staff, comfortable room, good parking, convenient location. Light bulb above bed wasn't working. Reported to reception, it was fixed while we were out at dinner :)

What a friendly hotel. The staff were welcoming and so helpful. I wish I lived there! Booking into the hotel was simplicity itself. Me and my friends took advantage of the excellent value for money Meal Deal and ate and drank to our hearts’ content. Thank you very much for such an enjoyable stay.
