Everything was great, from the cleanliness to the awesome staff 👏 love the entire concept of the hotel. The only disappointment was the breakfast,we thought there would be more options. Overall a great hotel for the money!

Way more than a hotel stay. The rooms were spacious and had a full size fridge and coffee maker. I loved the "happy hour" with free drinks and apps. The property is newer and very stylish. Definitely worth paying a little more for.

Booked the exact room we needed but 5 days prior the staff called to inform us that they used it for another group that just booked. Gave us a much lesser room with only one bed and didn’t offer a refund for the difference. I won’t bother booking any further stays at IHG Hotels

We were downgraded from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom with no reimbursement because we booked through 3rd party. We then requested late checkout and they said no. The staff was not willing to accommodate much of anything.

The only thing that is good about this place is the front desk person he was very nice. My room was not clean, the kitchen had food stuck on the stove and walls the utensils were very dirty

Loved the food they got going on every Monday-Wednesday. Rooms are fancy and super comfortable, and Indoor spa is amazing

Our hotel room was a little small I wish I would’ve known to get a size bigger. The cleanliness was an 8 on a scale from one to 10.

We were up for state swim meet. They continued breakfast at 6:30am Saturday and Sunday to accommodate the swimmers and their families! The entire hotel was clean and quiet. The rooms were wonderful to rest in and having a kitchenette was wonderful.
