IHG호텔의 특성상 깔끔하고 위치도 좋고 하지만 늘 어디든 일하는 사람은 부족하니 큰 서비스는 기대하지 않는게 좋습니다.

I only wish we weren’t passing through for the night. This is the kind of hotel you’d like to spend several days at. It was a beautiful facility and beautiful room.

Nice place with good location. It was clean, the room was comfortable and spacious, checkin was a breeze. Good value as well.

My overall impression of this hotel is that cleanliness is not a priority. Besides the dirty floors & hallways, the public bathroom on the ground floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for days and the soap dispenser was empty. They even have signs in the rooms letting guests know that their rooms won’t be cleaned more than once if they have extended stays. The smell in the hallways reminded me of a nasty nursing home. This is really overpriced, especially considering that there’s no breakfast included.

Nice hotel, wasn’t as clean as I would have liked and the gym was pretty poor- the beds were very comfortable and it was a quiet and good location.

The stay itself was fine. Our check in was quite bad. We had been on the road for the majority of the day and didn’t get in until late. The man working the front desk had issues getting us checked in and up to our room. It wasn’t until 20 minutes later and we were the only ones there.

Very clean and comfortable. The only thing would be that the bathroom trash can had not been emptied. Other than that everything was perfect.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds. Highly recommend!
