Let me first off by saying that this place requires $100 deposit by credit card only. That was not told to me up front by Priceline. Despite that, I had been trying to get in my room for 5 hours and have been traveling for 20 hours previous to arriving. I got into my room finally which was a disabled room which I requested specifically. I was giving keys to room 131 in the back corner. I set my things down on the bed and headed to the shower. I should have known because the walls were stained. Everything was like the cheapest furniture that's probably from the 80s and hasn't been cleaned since. Whatever, I was only going to be there for a few hours anyway and that's why I picked a cheap hotel because I just needed somewhere to sleep for 5 hours before I had to get on another plane again. As I came out of the shower I noticed I was stepping on something sharp. I noticed there was shards and flakes of glass all over the floor by the bed. As I inspected more there was glass all over the bed, the pillows, the sheets and blankets. Upon calling the front desk, the very polite individual said that they would offer me knew sheets in a broom. I'm sorry this is not acceptable, why couldn't they give me another room? Because they would have to clean this one now that I took a shower in it? I mean there's glass in the bed. You're going to have to clean it anyway!!! When is it my job to clean a health hazard previous to me checking in a room? This is ridiculous. I've contacted Priceline and the hotel and Red roof which is affiliated with this hotel and no one will give me a refund. I'm now disputing it with my credit card company. At all costs avoid this place. I don't mind that they're sketchy homeless individuals, drunks and drug ******* taking up rooms here. I don't have to see them. I'm just there to sleep. I just wanted somewhere clean to sleep or at least moderately clean this place. Can't do it right at all.
