Clean hotel, right off I-25. Great breakfast.

Disappointed that front desk person would not allow early checkin. We requested early check in prior to arrival. Arrived and although there were clean rooms it was impossible to check in. Missed valuable time with relatives we came to see.

The hotel was a mess when I arrived and check in was at 3 they were not ready. When I went to check in there were boxes everywhere and lobby was full of staff arguing about where to put new chairs etc. The biggest complaint I have was the noise and slamming of doors.. the children running up and down the halls all night and all morning. When I called the front desk at 6 in the morning was told “oh sorry I can get you some points” instead of checking the problem. I checked out early bc I couldn’t sleep and bc I had a work call and the noise was out of control. Including the staff cleaning the room next to me at 8 in the morning

La secadora estuvo dañada las dos semanas que me alojé. Lo demas estuvo excelente. En especial el trato excelente del personal de servicio al cuarto.

Booked through Travelocity but there was no reservation when we got there and the hotel was full ..Very disappointing. Will not use Travelocity again.

Had to request a different room because the first one had a terrible odor. Room and Hallway carpet was dirty, as was the pool and hot tub, not that the staff wasn't doing their jobs, more so that the property is in need of renovations or updates. It was definitely not what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

The breakfast provided was pleasant and well done. The beds were nice. The hall carpets needed vacuuming and shampooing as there had been many gross. The walls were thin and I could hear every sound in the room next to us. Overall, I would much rather stay at Staybridge suites since they are quieter and when I looked about the same price.

The room was fine. I stay at Holiday Inn express for the breakfast. This time the breakfast was poor. They did not have any Cinnamon rolls. Attendant was rude and snarky towards me and very unsympathetic.
