新公園飯店(Newpark Hotel)

Als je op zoek bent naar wat rust en Ierse gastvrijheid dan kun je dit Hotel beter overslaan. Het zal vast voor kinderen leuk zijn maar voor een gezelschap van volwassenen is het niet de plek. Het ontbijt was povertjes het ontvangst kil. Zonde van de knaken. Kilkenny zelf wel leuk maar Ierland heeft betere steden.

We had our wedding here last Saturday. We cannot recommend this hotel enough for a wedding, night away, couples, spa day, family break. it is THE BEST hotel we have ever stayed in. from the very first day we visited the newpark as a potential wedding venue we were blown away. the staff have been outstanding each every time we have set foot inside the hotel. Sinead, who was our main contact in relation to the wedding was always very quick to answer any questions we had and we always felt well taken care of. Aga was the main woman on the day of our wedding and without her it would not have gone as smoothly as it did. Dimitri was also amazing, i couldnt believe it when he approached me at 3am still offering to do anything he could for us, i was amazed. Cian was our main server at the top table he went above and beyond for us, especially when i realised that i forgot my speech, he printed it off for me. Stephen was our main link at our day 2, he was under pressure as double our original numbers turned up but he pulled it off and kept calm at all times. each and everyone of the servers on the day of the wedding and day two deserve a special mention as they were all outstanding, our guests kept commenting about how professional they staff were and how well trained they were. thank you Aoife, Ada, Bobby, Chloe, Roisin, Grace, Lucy, Renata, Romy, Enya, Emma W, Meghan, Miriam, Yvonne, Jai, Jack and Sara.

Just spent the most relaxing day in the Escape Spa with my sister. Ava & Amy were attentive and the trea**ents.. well wow!! Very professional and 5 star rated massage. Followed by a few hours using the spa facilities. The infinity pool is so relaxing 😌 highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My twin sons have additional needs and love Dinosaurs so this hotel is an ideal break away for us. We have unlimited access to the park and they also enjoy the swimming pool. The family room we stayed in was lovely and spacious and all the staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Visited the Spa in the Newpark Hotel today and had the 3 trea**ent combination . The whole experience was most enjoyable / relaxing and therapeutic. My therapist Amy was excellent and made it a memorable experience . The spa facilities are excellent and outdoor hot pool fabulous .

We loved this property for many reasons. The food was great. The pool and spa area was a great surprise. It was kid friendly and there was a steam room, plunge bath, hot tub and sauna for adults. There is a great petting zoo, park, dinosaur walk and fairy lane for kids. The room was a bit hot, the AC was loud and didn’t work thoroughly however it could be because it’s Ireland and we are Canadians with different weather extreme experience! Overall would recommend!

I had a facial with Aisling. She was so attentive and professional. The facial was so amazing, I felt like I had left with brand new skin!! Her recommendations were great too. A 5 star service from start to finish!

This hotel runs like a well oiled machine. Every staff member was so friendly, efficient and always on hand. Such a charming hotel with fantastic facilities including Scott’s restaurant
