希爾頓惠庭套房飯店, 康涅狄格州（Homewood Suites by Hilton 紹辛頓, CT）(Homewood Suites by Hilton Southington)

Room is very big and the facility is new

The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was cold every morning. The day of departure the cleaning staff was at my room way before checkout. I had arranged a late checkout and was okayed the day of arrival but the day of checkout the morning staff was very rude and said there is no late checkout. I told her someone should have told the staff on 1/11/24.

Sadly the wrong night was booked and since the guest never received an email it was not noticed and now we have to rebook and all because the Hilton honors app was not working properly and I used Travelocity for the first time.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. There is a small kitchen with ceramic plates, real glass and cups. A small stove and a fridge. The living room had a sofa and two love seats with pillows. The beds were comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Complained about the noise level above and never changed. Sounded like a herd of elephants stomping day and night. Turns out it was 9 kids in the room! Unacceptable! Was never given a chance to change rooms after reporting it. Instead, was lied to, told they were checking out that day. This wasn't true. Toilet leaked all over the bathroom daily. On a good note, the hair products were great!

El hotel es muy bonito. Desayuno tipico de las cadenas. Las habitaciones increibles. Amplias y super cómodas!! Me encanto la infraestructura. El servicio nada amable. La señorita del counter ni respondia el saludo

Staff was excellent everything was clean it was one of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel, rooms are really nice, only one downside. When I stay there again I would make sure I didn't get the same room because of something behind the locked door in the bedroom. HVAC maybe? Idk but loud and annoying never shuts off. It would have been nice to have a quiet room for sleep. But excellent otherwise.

Very clean establishment. Staff was very kind and courteous. When in the area I plan to make this establishment my destination.

I liked the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. Even though there was a boatload of kids staying there, the room was quiet enough and sleep wasn’t an issue. My only small comment would be that the couch in the living room area could have been more comfortable. Other than that I was pleased to see a full sized fridge in the kitchenette along with a good sized (and clean) microwave.
