Private centrally located home with seasonal views of the Mill River. Located just off US Route 1 on a small dead-end road, this home has easy access to all the local areas. Only 3 miles to downtown Rockland and all the summer festivals. Less than a mile from downtown Thomaston. Both Portland and Bangor are about 1.5 hours away and Acadia National Park is about 2 hours away. Local amenities Include beaches, scenic hiking trails, light houses, lakes, golf, skiing, art galleries, and lobsters. The space Guests have access to the entire property including the outside space both front and a small back yard. The house has great natural lighting with a large picture window overlooking the backyard and wooded area. There is one step to get into the house. All main areas, kitchen/dining room, living room, bathroom, and both bedrooms, are on the same level. The living room a 58-inch 4k smart tv with Roku. It has new reclining sofa and love seat. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a 43-inch 4k smart tv with Roku. It also has and small work area. The second bedroom has a full bed. High speed internet (500mbs) is available throughout the house. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to offer early check-in or late check-out. We need 10am to 4pm to clean the house for the next guest. Late check-out will incur a $50 per hour fee. There is no smoking anywhere inside the house. You must be completely outside of the house. Please do not ask for an exception to these rules.
