Hotel casa in luxury suites, thiruvananthapuram. I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were good. From check-in to check-out, my experience was nice and enjoyable. Your hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and i can't wait to return. Thank you for a fantastic stay! best regards, prasad mallya

I'm extremely disappointed with my stay here. The rooms were incredibly cramped, and the lobby was cluttered with maintenance equipment. Although we have seen photos on google maps that show the rooms appearing clean and well-maintained, the reality was far from it. The room was tiny, dirty, and not worth the price. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and i would never pay this price again for such a subpar experience. Extremely disappointing! only good thing is that rooms are clean and hygiene.

Very good stay. Well behaved staff. Good big rooms and bath room with all the required amenities. Very good restaurant with variety of food available. Complimentary break fast very good. For our early chech out they give substitute for our breakfast. Over all very good stay. Though approach road a little bit narrow, it is in a peaceful area.

Subject: concerns with room facilities and services dear hotel management, i am writing to express my disappointment with the room facilities and services during my recent stay at your hotel. Specifically, i experienced the following issues: 1. The room was extremely small and did not meet my expectations. 2. The room service was very slow, and it took an inordinate amount of time to receive my orders. 3. The door lock system in my room was not functioning properly, which was a significant concern for my safety and security. I hope you will take immediate action to address these issues and improve the overall quality of your rooms and services. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

We booked roims through make my trip. It was a pleasant stay here. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very responsive and courteous. The room service also good. We had bread-fast there and it was good. Mr. Riyas is a good guy and helped us. Overall it is a best and budget friendly stay.

We checked in late after an exhausting ride to kanyakumari. The suite was lavish, the bathroom luxurious. The breakfast was wholesome. We were sorry to leave
