Room is good but lift service is pathetic.climbed 3 floors all over ,lift not working
Climbing three floors is really bad.otherwise room is gud and ac hot water all r fine

Pros : Location of hotel
Cons : Charging for drinking water , Stains in bedsheets, Smaller room , Gave deluxe room instead of suite, Hot water availablity is poor

only the problem is cleanliness ..amenities are ok.extra person can accomodate with extra charges also,But they won't give any bed like other Hotels

The lady in the reception asked me to cancel the booking and pay the amount over the counter as the suite room I booked is lesser than the cost the hotel charges. Firstly why would you list your hotel if you ask the customer to cancel/pay the excess amount. Secondly she doesn't understand English/Telugu/Hindi and communicates in Tamil. Coming to the hotel cleanliness is good. It's near to the temple.

The stay was for only one day , the room was clean and so was the washroom ,the verandah and balcony have a temple view ,which gives a positive vibe , walkable distance to temple entry and girivalam start point .Easy check in and check out .
