The lady in the reception asked me to cancel the booking and pay the amount over the counter as the suite room I booked is lesser than the cost the hotel charges. Firstly why would you list your hotel if you ask the customer to cancel/pay the excess amount. Secondly she doesn't understand English/Telugu/Hindi and communicates in Tamil. Coming to the hotel cleanliness is good. It's near to the temple.

The stay was for only one day , the room was clean and so was the washroom ,the verandah and balcony have a temple view ,which gives a positive vibe , walkable distance to temple entry and girivalam start point .Easy check in and check out .

Overall experience is okay, not so great. Felt o er pricing, as room size is very small, can't even accommodate a chair to sit, no place to keep a chair too. Staff is provided enough support.

Good experience and accessibility is very easy. Temple is nearby so parking issue is also resolved.

We booked room for one day with request late checkin and late checkout bill has been generated to that effect but after reaching the hotel we came to know that they are charging for two days hotel staff are very adamant not hearing to our request
