Autant la chambre est spacieuse, la piscine privée est grande et le personnel du restaurant accueillant, discret, agréable que la chambre en elle même vieillit mal. Notre jacuzzi était abîmé et un liquide jaunâtre se trouvait à l’intérieur. La piscine privée perd son carrelage de jour en jour mais rien n’est fait à ce sujet. Le ménage est sommaire. En arrivant la table extérieure était sale et durant notre séjour aucune des tables de la chambre n’ont été nettoyées. Les peignoirs sont défraîchis, nous avons eu des serviettes de piscine tachées d’eau de javel et les serviettes de bain avaient encore des autocollants dessus…? L’hôtel se trouve à environ 38 kms de Corfou mais il vous faudra 1h pour y aller, la route est longue. Sans voiture il vous sera difficile de trouver un peu d’activité ou de shopping. Les magasins se situent à 2-3 kms de l’hôtel et très peu de tavernes ou bars à proximité a pieds. La plage de l’hôtel ne comporte que 8 transats sur la plage, pas en super bon état, mais c’est très peu et donc ils sont pris très vite. Point positif : à la piscine commune, pas de guerre de transats et surtout pas de réservation des 8:00 le matin pour y déposer les serviettes. En ce qui concerne le bar de l’hôtel, en demie pension la bouteille d’eau n’est pas comprise (4,50 euros la bouteille). Pour toutes ces raisons et c’est bien dommage je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahe gekommen. 5* nur noch für das Marketing alles andere 3-3,5 Sterne wert. Halbpension gibt es eine Saison Karte. Zimmer groß aber abgewohnt und schmutzig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Pool dieser wurde nach 4 Tagen auf verlangen das erste mal gereinigt. Handtücher kunterbunt und fleckig. Das sind alles wirklich keine 5 Sterne. Hier muss man sagen es war einmal …..

Attention cet établissement a été racheté il y a peu. Plus de possibilité de demi-pension (c'est une chance). Si le service du restaurant est agréable, la cuisine n'a plus rien de gastronomique mis à part le prix. Nous avons trouvé bien mieux et deux fois moins cher, non loin de là sur la plage d'Acharavi. Si vous souhaitez passer un séjour au calme, demandez une suite loin du restaurant. Soit les activités du soir sont bruyantes, soit le staff du restaurant se retrouve à coté des poubelles pour discuter et rire. Attendez vous à ne pas dormir avant minuit et dès 7h du matin, le personnel s'active sans aucune discrétion pour les clients qui dorment. Même si le personnel est agréable, nous sommes globalement déçus.

Η φιλοξενία ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή ! Τα δωμάτια εξαιρετικά και από θέμα χώρων παροχών και καθαριότητας! Το προσωπικό από την ρεσεψιόν,τα παιδιά στην πισίνα και στο εστιατόριο .αλλά και οι άνθρωποι της καθαριότητας ήταν κάτι παραπάνω από φιλικοί και ευγενικοί ήταν όλοι άψογοι ! Καθώς και το σπα ,η Άρτεμις υπέροχη με πολύ σωστή δουλειά ! Τέλος οι υπηρεσίες του ξενοδοχείου είναι value for money !!

This accommodation is a complete disappointment and does not meet the stated standards. This hotel can easily claim 2 stars maximum, but not 5 stars. The only thanks to the administrator for a fairly detailed tour in Dutch around the hotel grounds and accompanying us with our luggage to the room, but this is where the positive impression ends. For your information, five-star hotels always offer guests a compliment from the hotel and this is not water. Moreover, I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday and it was completely ruined, and the hotel did not even offer a greeting card. The room is absolutely outdated and tired. Cosmetic repairs and redesign are urgently needed. There are no glasses for drinks, only small glasses of ~70 ml. The floor under the sofa is completely ruined, since the sofa is right next to the window and they repeatedly tried to move it. It is impossible to watch TV on the sofa, as it is not comfortable and can only fit one person. Only a sheet as a blanket, you will not find a warm blanket. A stupid huge bathroom: there is a lime scale on the walls and floor, the fittings are not fixed to the walls. Blistering plaster on the walls all over the bathroom. Water leaking out of the tap in all directions. A sink full of water and clogged pipes because the water wasn't draining. The list goes on and on! An unpleasant stinking smell in the shower, and in the toilet there is terrible toilet paper, like sandpaper. The jacuzzi hummed loudly, trying to create bubbles that were not there, but there was only a strange vibration. All the "metal" elements are rusty and filmed. Breakfast: a complete disappointment. You have to pay extra for eggs. All the food is terribly salty, except for yogurt. The coffee was cold every time. There is no variety in the cuisine. Some workers from the kitchen were constantly leaving and walking around between the guests, adding to the food. The waiters are not trained to communicate with visitors. The pool: entering it by the steps is a real challenge. All the steps are in some kind of stones, which are painful to step on. The stairs are not fixed, entering the water is not safe. There are few places by the pool. The sun loungers are not clean, the tables are not cleared, bottles and glasses are always left behind by previous visitors. The sun loungers by the sea are completely forgotten by everyone. It is impossible to talk about their cleanliness. There were 6 umbrellas and 11 sun loungers for the entire hotel. They are all terribly dirty. The passage to the sun loungers is dirty, the beach and the area around the hotel are not cleaned. Horrible! The worst place we have visited on the entire island. You simply have no right to declare yourself as a premium class hotel and some kind of star rating. Shame! Clean up!

We stayed in the private pool suite and it was amazing! One of the best hotels we've been to. Loved the private pool so much. They gave us a bottle of complimentary wine on our arrival day and the cleaners were so attentive everyday. There is a jacuzzi style bathtub and even the shower can become a steam room! The breakfast was great with fresh fruit selections, tasty yoghurt and even olive oil. We had dinner there the first night and the food was absolutely stunning. All of the staff were friendly and eager to strike up conversation and offer their advice on things to do. We will definitely be returning and cannot wait for our next stay.
