We stayed here for 2 nights, and it was really an amazing experience to stay at this property. Riverside property with huge garden and mesmerising views. Everything about this property is just top-notch. Rooms were quite big, washrooms were clean, and toiletries provided were amazing. Staff was polite and helpful. The food was great. Excellent cleanliness. No complaints at all. Just a small piece of feedback: There is so much crackling noise coming from the floor when someone walks. This can be improved.

Excellent property! What a location! Loved everything about this place! People are so nice, and simplicity is at its best! They provide their National Dresses in all the rooms & they even come and dress you up for your photo session which was quite commendable! Service with a smile!!!

The resort n spa was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The spa should however be avoided . The food was amazing, with a wide selection of dishes to choose from, each one delicious and beautifully presented. The Chef prepared local dishes on our request and some of it is worth trying . I requested him to to learn them however time did not permit . It was kind of of him (chef) to share the recipes so that I can cook it myself . The resort's location was perfect, surrounded by willow trees , apple trees etc and overlooking a stunning river view . One can enjoy the picnic by the river on request . . Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this resort n spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation.

This is one of the prettiest hotels I have seen,in terms of natural beauty. The pathway is lined with willow trees and the river runs through the entire length of the hotel. I stayed in a junior suite which was spacious and luxurious. The bathroom features a tub and toileteries are also provided,right down to a comb and toothbrush. There are 2 seating areas in the room and a kettle with tea/coffee sachets is also provided. The flooring is wooden which gives it a rustic feel. The weather dips at night and the heater ensured that the room was nice and warm. I enjoyed the 5 minute walk to and back from the buffet restaurant. The food was varied and had good options. I wouldn't call the buffet elaborate,yet it was sufficient. Most tourists opt for a half board meal plan,which includes breakfast and dinner. The staff is friendly and attentive and the service is good. Traditional Bhutanese garments are provided in each room and one can call them to send someone over to help you drape it and also click photos. It is so peaceful here that I felt like just sitting and listening to the sound of the gurgling river and chirping birds. Would love to revisit this beautiful resort!

We had a very pleasant stay at Terma Linca. This is one of the most amazing properties of Thimphu, by the river, offering some very beautiful views. The location is great, the staff is so humble and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable, which is extraordinary (like the Bhutanese in general). The food is just too good, its actually super fresh. The rooms are gorgeous and ultra big, the property is super clean and the spa experience was so mesmerizing that we couldn't help but book ourselves twice in our 3 days stay there. Every penny spent here is worth it. To add, the Kira and Gho dresses provided in the rooms for you to try on and take pictures by the river and greenery, is an experience in itself. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Very Nice location right at the entrance of Thimphu right on the side of the river. Very nice lawn with all variety of fruit trees . Nice caring staff . Rooms are very big and clean. Food could have been a bit better and also SPA capacity to serve the huge requirement
