Ordered for a half platter supposed to have mutton and chicken.. It was awful and was brought cold. Very poor service. The event was booked by our host with proper instructions on the dinning but the did their own things.

Service at restaurant is poor - too slow and you are served with what they think you asked for. They rarely take into consideration long stay client preferences. An assumption that we are tourist type of clients hence don't factor in business clients. Delays mess up our schedule. Noisy at night particularly when they have a tournament. Rooms are clean and housekeeping team very friendly and professional. However, laundry can delay, so if you are traveling you may get caught up.

The reception was excellent, excellent service from the staff. We had a good day enjoying the team building here. The arrangement for the conference was amazing, commendable of them providing printing material, a screen for display, clean seats and round tables. The food too was fresh and delicious, served on time as had requested on our itinerary. They have a very good and even ground for outdoor team building and spacious halls for indoors team building.

Lawrence the caddy was a lovely guy. The golf course is brilliant, however the food in the restaurant was the worst I’ve ever had in my life. The grilled chicken I couldn’t bite through it!. Highly recommended playing golf on the course but not to stay in the hotel. Also the room we had did not have air con or a fan which is a joke
