The lady that cleaned my room on august 2 nd did not bring the hat i left in my room to the reception…
2 hrs after i left i realized i left my hat in the room which was occupied allready…
We were in room 131 the person that cleaned the room must have kept it for herself, what a terrible mistake …it is a valuable loss it was an birthday gift from my wife… please investigate who cleaned our room and ask her te return my hat…

First we have keys for room that was already taken and check the rules to make sure that they are available but we got one wasn’t very clean. Someone obviously lives in one of the other rooms and was yelling.

There is roaches, cigarette burn holes in blanket, and breakfast is advertised but its just a dispenser with Cherrios. Oh I woke up this morning and the lights didn’t work. The rate at this location needs to be reduced.
