Beautiful well kept hotel, clean modern facilities within room, friendly knowledgeable staff, perfect location for local facilities, would highly recommend

Just spent a lovely couple of hours having Sunday lunch here. An abundance of food, beautifully presented. Very good value. Most importantly chef Rosy took great care to ensure the specific needs of my child were accommodated. There was no stress, no need to explain, she managed it all. Allowing my wife and I to have a thoroughly relaxed meal.

The staff at this place were all super friendly and helpful. They offered great customer service. The room was nice enough if a little dated, could do with freshening up. However the price of the room was expensive and not value for money, especially as breakfast was not included!

2 eme fois dans cette hôtel sans regret hôtel propre bien situé prix correct On est a 1 h de train depuis l’aéroport de Stansted à Thetford La station de trains est a 5min. à pied de l’hôtel Depuis Thetford 20min. de train pour Norwich On est toujours bien reçu comme de la famille par Guez et Rosy des gens super sympathiques On mange très bien des plats fait par Rosy un régal Les cocktails préparés par leur fille avec beaucoup d’amour Après souper on passe des superbes soirées au bar de l’hôtel Musique cocktails et des gens très chaleureux Je recommande et je reviendrai Dans cet hôtel on a fait beaucoup d’amitiés Merci Guez et Rosy

My husband and I stayed in one of the new rooms as we attended the Thetford Business Awards. The room was clean and comfortable, complete with air con. Downstairs was very nicely decorated and the food and atmosphere were great. The hosts were fab too.

Me and my Friend had a great experience at Thomas Paine Hotel. We had the best afternoon tea and were looked after professionally and kindly. Staff was attentive and the chefs food was fresh and delicious 😋 Will be back soon. Thank you for a great afternoon x
