佩里亞爾公寓

The only worst experience in Munnar. People were super polite at other places. We were on our way to the Top station when we saw this hotel at a good location and we decided to stay there. My wife used the washroom in their property without asking them. The rooms were UNHYGIENIC, SMALL, with DIRTY WALLS, SMELLY BEDDINGS, DIRTY CHAIRS and DOOR. When we decided to not take the room, the person at the reception started SHOUTING AT US, he was extremely rule and even used FILTHY WORDS in front of me and my wife, because she used the washroom and we didn't took the room. I offered him money for using the washroom which also he denied. When we were walking away, he kept shouting from behind. This experience ruined our day in Munnar on the day of her birthday. Please never visit this place if you have another option....... Dear management, please also change your hotels name from the great man's name, 'PERIYAR', to 'PSYCHO RECEPTIONIST' residency. ******.

Over priced...Parking for 4 cars... So called Super deluxe room has large window view with basic finished room. Initially Hot water not working.. TV not working... Not recommend at all.. Worst food... Morning breakfast is available at 0815, but they don't have a manners to ask to offer a tea or coffee for who check outs earlier....
