Wonderful property!
The property is very well situated near Lake Sumter Landing, which is our favorite village. And our host was exceptional with his communication and care of his darling home.

Your cozy getaway awaits! This charming property features 2 bedrooms (queen bed and double bed) and 2 full bathrooms. The Villa has an open floor plan and many amenities like AC, Wi-Fi, as well as a washer and dryer.
Enjoy all that The Villages has to offer! The Villa is located between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Paddock Square. Enjoy the restaurants, shopping, nightly music and many activities. This is a golfers dream with multiple courses and pools in close proximity to The Villa.
Your stay will include passes for the pools, golf, and fitness center (may have additional fee at the front desk depending on season). Be in the the center of it all!
