Horrific customer service. Hotel was full of rude and disrespectful employees. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

We thought we were going to get breakfast, but the staff gave us wrong times they serve, so had to go the McDonalds…

It was a quick trip for us to Dallas and back but the room was great, hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious!

The hotel room and front check in staff were excellent. The room was clean,comfortable and spacious. We were part of a planning committee holding an event. The food was excellent. However, the event set up staff were not friendly, accommodating or flexible. They did not follow our original plan. I would think twice before having another event at this location.

We just decided at last minute to stay in this area. We just needed a place to sleep. Bed was very comfy Room was great two tvs!

All Employees were super nice! The hotel needs updating, beds were squeaky and toliets made a loud squeal every time you fushed. Woke everyone one up in the middle of the night. Rooms were either too hot or to cold. IT JUST NEEDS UPDATES. It's in a very nice location with lots of great places to dine.

Smelled clean and looked clean! We enjoyed our stay and friendly staff!

I liked that it was close by the facility I was wanting to go. The room was clean & quiet, except for the toilet - it was extremely loud when flushed. I let the front desk know, so hopefully they took care of the issue before the next guest arrived.
