Residence Inn Dallas Plano/The Colony

Room was fantastic, very clean, great amenities, and location was amazing. Unfortunately, the lady that was working the front desk at my arrival had a very poor attitude and poor customer service. Other than that, fantastic hotel

The hotel is nice. The only problem is the beds were bad. We cut our stay short by a day because it was killing our backs if we stayed any longer we’d have to see a chiropractor.

5/10 The housekeeping was so kind and they did clean the room, but hair was found in the refrigerator and it was rust stains all in the shower and dirty stains on the shower floor. It smell old and musty in the world. The beds were comfortable, but the air conditioning stopped working at 3 AM the last night we stayed. The hot breakfast was a 5/10. I probably would stay at a different hotel coming again. The front desk lady who had an accent is very rude.

I left my water bottle at the front when I checked in and when I was on my way down, the front desk agent was on her way up in a hurry to give it to me. That was sweet of her! All the staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

Nice but disappointed I chose this place because it had a hot tub but I was unable to use it as it was very dirty. The room itself was nice clean and comfortable, but in the shower, it was missing the soap dispenser, only one little bar in the sink area to use for soap.

We love staying here. It is great for a place away from home with the amenities and the kitchen area and separate sitting area and work space. My boyfriend and I can relax like we are at home. The staff is always so nice and the rooms and facilities are clean and comfortable. Thank you for another wonderful stay.
