Everything was great about Windsong, the only exception is getting rides to dinner was quite expensive. We could ride bikes during the day, but walking to places like coffee shops would be too far. We had to take bikes, which was fine during the daytime. At night it didn’t feel like a good option to walk in the dark for dinners out at local restaurants. Everything else was excellent including the cleanliness and awesome room accommodations. Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful.

The WINDSONG property is a vacation oasis absolutely beautiful and right on the beach. It is very relaxing with gorgeous large balconies, nice landscaping and a few steps into the sand, The water is beautiful, clear with plenty plenty of chairs with front row chairs and umbrellas for everyone, The service is warm and attentive. The suites are luxurious, very spacious with all new appliances and furniture. The rooms have Bulgari amenities and spa robes and slippers to lounge in after sun & sand, The Beachfront is the newest tower and there are 2 other towers for a total of 3 pools and 2 hot tubs. Also a Highly recommend renting a car because it is about a 5 minute …car ride from the main grace bay shopping area. Also taxis are not plentiful and it’s a per person charge.

Anniversary Trip Windsong on the Reef is a beautiful resort in TCI. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The food at their restaurants is just okay, but the ability to dine right on the beach can’t be better! The rooftop bar is a hidden secret: never crowded, offers spectacular views, has a fire pit, and two “real” hot tubs…no kids! It is a little out of the way from the other Grace Bay resorts, so you need to taxi or rent a car if you want to go anywhere off the resort, with the exception of Somewhere Cafe, which is just a short walk down the beach. This was our second time staying here and would a third! Staff are super friendly.

We paid for a beach view room and they are a view of the parking lot. From the entire room it’s a view of the parking lot. If you go out on the balcony and you look from just the right angle you can see a sliver of the water, not the beach but the water. How can they call that a beach view? Fraud.

The property was great - very well maintained. Some of the pictures for the room types weren't totally accurate. My 1-bedroom showed the bed with a view of the ocean (which I specifically wanted) but instead it was at the back of the unit without a view of water. The food was just okay too.
