Consider this brand-new build house your home away from home while you visit Thatcher. Walking distance to Eastern Arizona College. Home features many luxuries including walk in showers, soaking tub, large open kitchen, comfortable living room seating. 4 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms makes it a perfect home for large family gatherings. The master bedroom even has a cozy sofa bed for additional sleeping space. We think our place will help you experience everything Thatcher has to offer.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Hypoallergenic, small dogs. Very good except for two things1. Found the iron couldn’t find an ironing board2. New, clean and comfortable except for back yard. Pretty ugly

We use vrbo quite a bit and this was quite possibly one of my favorites we have stayed in. Very clean, well stocked, layout of the house was great! Would highly recomend.
