Location is good reception is fine gold suite was big but did not maintain well and it is very dark even in day time, need light little suffocating as not much ventilation no restaurant available in the hotel but good hotel just 5 mins walk

The hotel cleanliness and ambience was excellent. Staff were very cordial and friendly. All the facilities including air conditioner were working perfectly. I will recommend this for a nice and peaceful stay

The rooms size were fine. But for one room heater was not working properly. And parking space was very limited. Food delivery was not proper and ordered foods was mismatched and delivery was delayed.

Spacious and clean rooms. Family room like apartment flat in a hotel. Tea coffee not good. Towels clean

The property is good but located out of town and not easily accessible. The staff were courteous but the girls at the reception knew only tamil hence communication was not easy. Basic cleanliness was there but the towels provided were brown in colour so could not make out if they were really clean. Hence used the towel bought outside the hotel.

I stayed in abi's inn 3 to 4 years back. This time there is drastic reduction in hospitality. They have provided only one towel, one bottle of water and not enough coffee powder, tea sachet, sugar sachet for both double occupancy and t ripple occupancy i booked. They even cared to provide these facilities even after my request.
