I recommended my wife to stay here due to my great previous experience of almost 15-20 days. However, this time experience was extremely bad. Food quality is abysmally poor. They left the food unfinished most of the time. Service was below par too. Not sure if it is management change or staff change, but hotel seriously need to relook the things. - Shrikant

"As General manager" ( Sailendra Chandola sir) Their expectional communication skills forested positive work environment. While maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. And also Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hoorible Experience - Hygiene amd Safety Issues, Irresponsible Service, Damaged Equipments. Dirty Linenes, Delayed Servce Response. The staff is untrained and casual that even after the complaint a stained bedsheet was hidden below another sheet and not changed. No manager to supervise and take ownership.
