格拉夫小屋飯店(Grafton Cottage & Chalets)

Th location was perfect for exploring the area although some major roads were closed due to storm damage it just made you drive a little bit further and investigate a little more., some stunning locations to visit. The accommodation was exactly what wanted and booked the welcome was great and nothing to much trouble for the host. Cabins have basic cooking facilities enough to get by on and the use of a gas barbecue.

As soon as we drove up thd drive we could see how wonderful this place was going to be. Once checked in we were not disappointed. We have a wonderful chalet in fantastic surroundings with magnificent views and the use of a hot tub and swimming pool. The owner was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would describe the setting as a little oasis in the forest even though its just set back from a rural street. Bed very comfortable, great shower and everything we need. As the title says it's a shame we are only staying one night.

Séjour à Thames après avoir fait l'ascension de The Pinnacles dans la journée. Logement très spacieux et confortable, magnifique vue dégagée. Agréable jacuzzi accessible à tous.

Rooms were clean and quiet with amazing views of the ocean. Our host was very helpful and friendly. Loved the complimentary liqueur and the breakfast was good. BBQ, spa and pool were all very enjoyable, especially in the hot, hot weather. My only feedback would be that the pool needs a bit more filtering at times. Would stay again - great Pacifica vibe.

Stopped overnight to dodge the cyclone. Great accommodation and welcoming service. Alby’s hospitality was awesome, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the Camelia Room with absolutely stunning sunset views across the Hauraki Plains. Room was excellent and the nightcap from the local winery was very nice. We would definitely stay 5here again when we return to Thames. Thanks again Abby.

The view is just incredible, so are the sunsets! We had a warm welcome on arrival. It is situation at around 2kms from town center, where the restaurants are The room itself is big enough and self contained with a small outside wichvis great What we did not like: no aircon, the bed a bit small and the mattress too soft for our taste

The best was very comfortable and the view was lovely. However, we really were disappointed with the price due to no usable/ maintained/ clean pool. The nightly price was too high considering this as well as a broken oven handle & a disintegrating/stick/dirty hairdryer. Luckily a deep cut or worse injury did not occur when cooking since a sharp wire was the only way to open oven. The hairdryer had been used by a former guest who wrapped toilet paper around the handle which was still stuck to the nasty handle. I wrapped a hand towel around that to also use it. This towel was then removed the next day of our 2 PM stay so the problem was known, but not addressed leaving an impression on us guests that we weren't worth the $20 to replace it. Too expensive per PM cobsidering these 3 things: no usable pool, unsafe oven, nasty hairdryer.

Three towels for three people for two nights. The pull out sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.
