I was only staying one night at hotel and then plans changed and needed to be in KC for meetings. I tried to cancel stay for the 10th for hotal and thought i had accomplished this. When we arrived at hotel on 11th we were told that the stay had been canceled.
Anothere person was able to check us in we were charged for two nights...

Checked into our room, went up 3 floors and when we went into the room another person was in our room. I felt unsafe the rest of the trip. I cannot imagine what the others felt . They gave us another room on a different floor but still uncomfortable.

We had a long drive and also stuck in Houston downtown due to multiple accidents so when we arrived it was late and we were very tired. The front desk staff was warm and friendly that reduced our stress. When we entered our room I was please that it was spacious and clean. I was relieved and enjoyed our stay at Springhill.

Said they have coffee 24/7. Not true. Been sitting here 2 hours and a few others as well. No coffee in sight at 5:30 am. Front desk rolls her eyes when you ask.

They told us they couldn’t check us in because their system was down. When we couldn’t get in after awhile we found a new location with same chain. The other hotel told us the other location called them to move us because they overbooked. We are waiting on a refund.

Missed the pool not being open.
Breakfast staff were great, especially Reba. Very kind and attentive and food was served well. Would not allow me to upload photo.

Very nice Facility. Check-in was very quick and easy. Minimal interaction with staff, but when it did occur, it was pleasant. Only thing I would’ve liked to have seen was maybe a spot for an EV.

Room is very nice. Modern but not annoyingly so. Property is nice. Convenient to shopping. Staff is extraordinary and went above and beyond to make this motorcycle riders stay safe and comfortable. 5 Gold Leaf stars in my opinion!
