Private: property 2'500 m2, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Bus stop "Teulada" 2.8 km, railway station "Teulada" 2.5 km, ferry "Denia" 25 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families, suitable for seniors. The owner does not accept any youth groups. "Fonsala", 4-room house 150 m2. Very beautiful and cosy furnishings: living room, open with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Dining room. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). The house is too isolated in the evening it is too dark not enough lights outside a little too risky when arriving in the evening the children were afraid !!! No air conditioning!!! The kitchen cabinets smell too damp!!!

Wonderful family holidays at Casa Fonsala, with all the elements conducive to their success: - quiet house, large grounds - swimming pool sunny all day 8x4 ideal for cooling off, always clean (thanks to G., adorable, available and discreet for maintenance
