In the centre of Terzorio 3 km from the centre of Santo Stefano al Mare, 5 km from the centre of Riva Ligure, 15 km from the centre of Sanremo, in an elevated position, 3 km from the sea. Stepped path (12 steps) to the house. Public parking 50 m on the road. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bicycle rental 3 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Taggia" 5 km, sandy beach 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, cycle lane 3 km. Please note: car recommended. "Il Giardino", 3-room apartment 100 m2, on the ground floor. Renovated in 2023, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with TV. Exit to the garden. 2 double bedrooms. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Garden 65 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the sea and the resort. Es war eine toller Urlaub in der Region Ligurien!Jeder Abend bei den umliegenden Lokalen war nett und ein kulinarischer Genuss!Das Quartier war in einer idealen Lage, sauber und wurde vor kurzer Zeit renoviert. (Inkl. Klimaanlage)Vor Ort waren alle Leu

Tolle Unterkunft mit spektakulärer Sicht auf das Meer von der hübsch angelegten Terrasse aus. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great house, clean and spacious. With a good kitchen and all appliances. Great view on the terrace. It is important that you have to be able to walk due to the steep access stairs.
