Excelente servicio, atención y hospitalidad! La comida muy rica. Los cuartos y todo el hotel muy limpio. Una muy buena opción para alojarte si vas a Tepatitlán y si vas a visitar el centro está muy bien ubicado. Cuenta con estacionamiento techado.

Hicimos una reservación en línea para 2 adultos y 2 niños. Cuando llegamos a registrarnos, ya noche, nos dijeron que la reservación era solo para 2 adultos y que nos tenían que cobrar casi el doble para podernos hospedar, por supuesto no lo aceptamos y exigimos nos respetaran la Reservación que hicimos. No lo quisieron hacer, ni el recepcionista llamado Gerardo, ni su gerente vía telefónica. Con niños llorando por el cansancio y el susto del recepcionista que se portó sumamente déspota, no aceptaron nuestra solicitud y prefirieron que canceláramos la reservación y que nos fuéramos, siendo las 11.30 de la noche!

El hotel perfecto, la habitación muy bonita, amplia y limpia. La atención del personal es buenísima, super amables y educados, y sobre todo muy atentos. El desayuno incluido es muy bueno. Recomiendo 100% hospedarse aquí.

We booked a 2 night getaway in Tepatitlan at this amazing hotel. This is by far the BEST hotel we have stayed at in Mexico in terms of comfort, decor, detail and friendly customer service. We reserved the Maria Antoinette Master Suite and were stunned by the period furniture, rugs, drapes and other French decor. A Jacuzzi bath with a view (huge photo) looking out towards the Palace of Versailles is a focal point in the room. Definitely the room for a romantic getaway! We parked our car in the private, secure, well lit, spacious underground garage and headed up to the well appointed reception with a large comfortable spiral seating area and a grand bar, which we did not use on this trip. We were graciously met by Tere who showed us to our room and later gave us a little tour. From the reception desk, a leisurely walk up the open curving marble grand staircase leads to the breakfast (included) and dining area on the 3rd floor. An elevator is available to those not wanting to take in the grandeur of the landings on each floor all decorated with fresh flowers and French related art. A full breakfast is offered: coffee, fresh fruit juice, mixed fruit bowl, warm muffins followed by a choice of very generous helpings of traditional Mexican dishes. Indoor or outdoor dining on the terrace is available with views looking out towards the Centro. Attention to detail is evident to every aspect of this Boutique Hotel in the heart of Tepatitlan. We intend to explore the Alhambra Master Suite on our next visit...

The name of the hotel says it all: Grand in every respect. The architecture, quality of finishes, delicious food (with a full bar) and the warm and attentive staff. The hotel's location is perfect too. Just one block off the city's main square lends it self to convenience while maintaining a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere in and around the hotel. Book this property. It will be a special place long remembered.

Situado a tan sólo una cuadra del corazón de Tepatitlán, en la zona Altos de Jalisco. La buena experiencia comienza desde la reservación desde su portal web, todo es muy claro y transparente. Está localizado a apenas 1 hr por autopista de Guadalajara. Las habitaciones son temáticas; nosotros ocupamos la “Coco Chanel” en tonos *****, blanco y morado, en un cuarto piso con vista al primer cuadro. La atención de Fanny y Tere es amable. La cerveza al llegar y el desayuno (de lujo) incluido, son deliciosos. Seguramente volveremos para otra escapada del bullicio citadino 😃
