We have just returned from a holiday in Tenby and we visited Trefloyne manor for dinner on two evenings and breakfast on our last day . The food is absolutely amazing and the customer service is five star . The hotel is lovely and run by the owners who clearly know how to deliver first class customer service in a beautiful location. A big thank you to all the staff including Julia who served us in the evenings and the wonderful Penny and Jan who made us so welcome at breakfast

We recently had Sunday lunch here for the first time. It’s a lovely setting, and the decor is nice and staff very accommodating. However, as for the meal itself, I’m sorry to say that it ranked as one of the most disappointing and bland Sunday roast dinners we’ve had. The beef was very fatty, the roast potatoes were tough and cold, the quantity of vegetables was paltry, and overall the dinner was bland and tasteless. The apple pie ordered for dessert was served cold with hot custard, and the cheesecake missed any kind of topping apart from half a strawberry, with just a swirl of fruit coulis on the plate to flavour it. For what we received, and the general poor quality of the food, we felt that it was very overpriced. We are unlikely to return, nor would we recommend to friends and family.

We only went to the restaurant for food so can’t comment on the accommodation but the food was incredible. Would definitely go back again even though we’re only in the area a few days. We had the ham, egg and chips and the faggots. The food came out promptly, there was hardly a wait and it was piping hot when it came out

Room was lovely and clean (we stayed in the Mill Room), the bed was so comfortable, we had a great night's sleep. Evening meal was delicious. Lovely breakfast. Hubby had a sports massage at the spa which he raved about. All in all a great night away, would definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice little get away with your significant other...

Our second visit to this marvelous, lovely, tranquil location, the staff, food were all above and beyond any expected. The service, cleanliness and professionalism of all staff were just superb,. The food is just so good, the chef is absolutely excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Tenby area, it is also situated on an 18 hole golf course.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. We had a coach house room and it was thoroughly clean, warm and cosy. We ate every night in the restaurant and the meals were truly delicious and never disappointed the fillet steak was cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly, professional and couldn’t do enough for you.
