"My partner and l loved this cozy hotel set up on the side of the mountain. Every morning we had the morning sun on cold winters morning shining into our apartment. Our apartment was well equipped and warm. We had a small kitchenette that suited our needs. A shuttle bus to the ski slopes runs regularly from our front porch and about 5 minutes by car to the slopes and main ski Gondolla up the mountain. Our hosts, Carla and Gio, were courteous and helpful and gave us a warm welcome during our stay. A lot of love has been put into this hotel by our hosts. Breakfast is available upon request, and free WIFI is available. We'll be back!! Excellent value for money!!"

"The staff are lovely, so is the food , ect but the rooms are disgusting .When i got yto the room on the first day after a long day of travel i was very disappointed now the room itself was lovely but definetly not cleaned enough as my bed was coverd in crumbs and hair i would probably stay again but request fresh sheets or bring some with me."

"I stayed in Raggio Di Luce (Ray of Light) in Punto Di Lengo for 4 days with my daughter. The hotel is , beautiful, very clean and homely. Carla, the hostess is very helpful, going out of her way to help, assist and give the guests the best experience. The area is butiful and likeable all year for hiking & skiing.. Carla speaks Italian and also very good German, English. We didn't take pictures of the hotel, it looks better than in the website and the view is butiful. I hope to visit again soon."

"一個成人+2個孩子(2歲5歲)的入住,約定2夜費220€+2個小孩的露營牀(見附件郵件照片),單和糟糕的驚喜!280美元而不是220歐元,即60歐元加(露營牀)和爲此辯解:費用額外X露營牀牀牀,以及爲何2歲的孩子還是吃早餐。2歲的小孩幾乎像成人一樣付錢,三間房花了300歐元。我覺得我會做一個點點:-郵件上寫的價格應該更清透明--露營牀的費用應該適應其他酒店的價格(通常是免費或最多15€/日)-房間每種類型只配有一對手套(此時你應該把這個數字調整到那些付錢的客人數量)"
