坦佩大學旅館(University Inn ASU/Tempe)

Hospitality staff went above and beyond very nice and accommodating. So many things in Tempe are in walking distance from the Inn making it a very convenient spot. Note that there's an additional $100 deposit required separate from the payment of the hotel that is held until check out. The staff will do a walkthrough of the rooms to assess for damage to the property. We had a portion taken out of our deposit because of makeup stains left on the towels, wasn't expected but the pricing was reasonable.

Stay was horible. Construction across the street starts a 4 am. The bed was too hard. Noisey neighborhood. Needs drinking water in the room for AZ! All windows let in light, easy to fix with drapes. Staff and location are its only saving grace.

WARNING, stay at your own risk. They charge a $100 incidental fee deposit when you check in. We paid over $200 for one night in this crappy hotel, not including the deposit. They had the audacity to charge us $5 for a stained wash cloth. Yes, you read that correctly. I guess I should have just kept it then! I guess they've never heard of bleach? They only provide white wash cloths, so if you remove your makeup with one, be prepared to get nickel and dimed. On top of that, the location is terrible and so noisy, you'll never get any sleep. The front office is unstaffed from midnight to 9am, and you can only be given ice by the employee because the ice machine is locked away in their office. The bathroom "door" slides but isn't connected at the bottom so it pushes out and isn't wide enough to cover the bathroom entrance, leaving you with no privacy. The shower glass is not wide enough (there is no curtain) and water gets all over the floor and leaves you freezing in the shower since none of the heat can be contained. You've been warned.

With it being an old motor lodge type motel we were pleasantly surprised with how new and clean updates were. Perfect location for doing a pub crawl.

Exelente servicio y bonito lugar para descansar., el unico incoveniente es que no tienen microwave para calentar la comida.

Good - It was walking distance to the venue we were attending that evening. The staff was very good and helpful. Bad - Things that were wrong here had nothing to do with the staff. Bathroom was awful. Very poorly designed. No TP holder, poor lighting, no towel hooks, oversized sink with no vanity space for hygiene items, fan not separate from light switch so every time the light is turned on the fan came on. VERY loud and very annoying. No mirror in main room. Since bathroom had dim lighting I had to put makeup on in main room. Good thing I brought a small mirror. We won’t be going back.

The room smelled of urine or something very stagnant.

Staff were exceptional ! They were very helpful and accommodating, very personable. Our room was very modern and the bed so comfortable . This is the nicest room we had during our entire holiday .We would definitely stay here again !!!
